Advertising with Pumpjack
What is place-based media?
Advertising inside the places people visit (on screens, doors, restroom panels, counters and exterior signs) rather than along the road or online. People see it up close, out of the car, during a visit that lasts minutes.
Where does Pumpjack Media run ads?
In high-traffic venues along Greater Houston's commuter corridors, grouped into seven zones from Katy to Baytown and Conroe to Pearland, plus partner channels such as venue digital signage, email newsletters and social media.
How much does it cost?
Pricing is by screen time and number of placements. Tell us your zone and goals and we will send a media plan.
How fast can a campaign go live?
Typically within weeks of approved creative. Every placement is logged and reported weekly.
I own a property. Can it join the network?
If your property sees steady visitor traffic, it may qualify. There is no cost to you, we install and maintain everything, you approve every ad in writing, and payments are set for your site after a short walk-through.
For law firms
Is venue advertising allowed for Texas lawyers?
Yes. It is passive, general advertising seen by everyone who visits, like a billboard. Every ad carries the responsible attorney's name and office location, and the firm files it with the State Bar of Texas Advertising Review Committee as it would any other ad. Pumpjack Media is a media company, not a lawyer referral service.
How is it priced?
Flat media pricing by screen time and number of placements in your zone. Never per lead, per call or per signed case.
Who else is in my zone?
No other injury firm. Each zone goes to one personal injury firm. Once it is taken, no other firm can buy it.
How do I know it is working?
Every play is logged and reported weekly, and each zone gets its own call-tracking number and web address so you can measure it on your own terms. We do not promise case volume.
Do you produce the ads?
We can. Bilingual (English and Spanish) creative is produced or adapted by our team and delivered ready for your State Bar advertising review filing. You can also bring your own spot.
For venue owners
What does it cost me?
Nothing. We handle design, printing, installation, insurance and upkeep.
How much do I get paid?
It depends on the site: traffic, amenities and available space. We set it after a 15-minute walk-through. Payments are monthly.
Will it make my property look cluttered?
No. Installs are clean and professional, follow brand-safe content standards, and you approve every ad in writing before it goes up.
Can I stop?
Yes. There is a 90-day checkpoint. If it is not for you, we remove everything and restore the surfaces at our cost.
Will it conflict with my brand's signage rules?
We review your brand and franchise signage requirements during the walk-through and plan around them.
